The EU regional and structural policy programme “Innovation and Skills in Finland” 2021−2027 has been launched. The Regional Council of Kainuu will soon open a call for proposals for ERDF funding. There will be an official announcement as the call is launched. At this point, we are happy to invite interested applicants to a webinar “Kainuu Smart Specialization Plan 2021-2027 and Digital Transformation in the ERDF Call for Proposals of spring 2022”.
