The Regional Council of Kainuu is the Lead Partner in the project KO4159 Northern Axis-Barents Link (NABL) funded by the Kolartic CBC program. The Lead Partner have requested offers the study of work package: “Diversifying functions of Vartius/Lytta border crossing”. The questions about the offer request and the answers to them can be found below.

1. Can General conditions for consulting KSE 2013 be used general terms?

Yes, you can.

2. If subscriber doesn’t accept subcontractor, can subcontractor be replaced or is offer rejected?

The offer must indicate whether a subcontractor is to be used. It would be good if the offer contains the information about a possible subcontractor and a role in the project. The Subscriber reserves the right to accept or not to accept the subcontractor. The Regional Council of Kainuu reserves the right to reject all offers free of charge.

3. Must travel- and side costs included in offered prices or estimate separately?

Travel- and side costs must included in offered prices.
